The process of selling my two investment properties to the Freda Group was easy and quick. I was a little skeptical at first because they had reached out to me via a cold call. However they were extremely professional and easy to work with. They didn't come forward with a low ball offer (like I was worried about), and after only one round of negotiation we landed at a fair price (for one of the units I sold), and for the second unit I sold them their first offer was acceptable so there was no back and forth.
